Help | Watch Party Activities | Arrow Kids
Updated: Dec 20, 2020
Here are a few simple activities to help your
kiddos learn from the service as you join up to watch it from home.
This week, our message will be talking about how David had a problem and he came to God to ask Him what to do. God answered and David had a choice to make--to listen or not to listen.
Then David asked the Lord, “Should I chase after this band of raiders? Will I catch them?” And the Lord told him, “Yes, go after them. You will surely recover everything that was taken from you!”
1 Samuel 30:8
Arrows of Triumph (2nd-5th Grade)
For the oldest children, we have an "Help Thoughts" page. Throughout the service, kids can think about the word "help" and what it means. They will also be challenged to study 1 Samuel 30:8 and learn from it what it means to ask God for help with any problem they may face.

Arrows of Victory (Preschool-1st Grade)
For the younger learners, we have an "I'm Listening Up-Help" page. Throughout the service kids can think of different people who help them and what things they need help with. Then, they will think of something they want to ask God to help them with and pray for it each day. When we ask God for help, we must choose to listen to and obey his answer.

Arrow Kids (1-10yo)
For everyone, listen to this song and talk together about what it means to stop and listen to God when we have a problem. Then, talk about the fact that we need to go and do what He tells us to do when we ask for help. Use the example of David from 1 Samuel 30 as you talk.
